Care Instructions

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature — do not iron directly on print. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Minor batch differences can occur during production due to variations in fabric, dye, and processing. This is common in apparel manufacturing — we work hard to keep every piece consistent.

Most of our products are printed and shipped from our Los Angeles facility, with delivery in 5-7 business days. Some items ship from our international production center — these typically arrive in 10-15 business days. If your order includes items from both locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue — we'll make it right.

Need a different size? We've got you. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work out an exchange.

Items that cannot be returned: correctly printed orders you've changed your mind on, worn/washed items, or hygiene products (underwear, socks, swimwear).
